From the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (UNAB), Colombia, in 2009. Later, in February 2011, he obtained official recognition of his degree in Spain, allowing him to continue his professional development in the country.
In October 2017, he completed his training in Ophthalmic and Orbital Plastic Surgery at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), one of the leading institutions in this specialty, thus consolidating his surgical and academic preparation.
Dr. Sánchez is currently part of the Oculoplasty Unit of the OMIQ (Other Institute of Oculoplastic Surgery) at the General University Hospital of Catalonia in Sant Cugat del Vallès, where he has established himself as a leader in his field. His work combines clinical practice with research, leading several innovative projects related to oculoplastic and orbital surgery.
